Re: how to do castor oil pack ???

I use a piece of flannel cloth folded into a fairly thick pad. I pour enough castor oil on it to saturate it, but not have it dripping oil. The pad is placed on the right side just under the breast. I use plain plastic wrap over the pad and use a little medical tape to secure it in place. I generally just use the pad when I flush because of an allergy to the tape. However it seems like using it several days or even a week prior th flushing would be helpful. When used with a heating pad, the oil pack feels wonderful.
