I used dry ginger this time.... I put 2 tblp. of dried ginger chunks in about 3 cups boiling water... I let it boil lightly for about 6 minutes... then I let it stand on the stove for awhile longer....
I added about half a cup of that mix to half a cup of water and some drops of stevia..(you could use honey or maple syrup).... I take a little sip after each epsom drink..and a big sip to chase the Olive oil drink.... It works like magic..... dont drink too much of it though.. just a large mouthful.....
I keep it beside my bed so if I feel sick at night I can chug a little....
remember to keep your head slightly elevated too... that helps with the nausia...
If you only have fresh ginger... chop up 2 inches of it and boil it for a little longer.... if you only have ginger powder..use a large tbsp....and you can just add that to water that has already been boiled....
