Im eating an organic papaya......

and getting ready to flush tonight...... I was wondering if anyone else is going to flush with me tonight? I am very excited because tonight will be flush number 11, and last flush I got a whole bunch of stones out the size of Olives! The stones kept coming the next day too.... it was awesome.....

I always find my biggest challenge with Liver Flushing is not eating an oil or fat for one day! It seems so silly... but I guess I eat a lot of oil..(good oil)... like I have leftovers from last nights dinner in the fridge.. rice pasta with cilantro pesto and Sea Salt ... It is so good...
Anyways... I hope to have some friends flushing with me tongiht!
