I am sorry to hear about your brother..... I know how tough it is... my brother is mentally ill too....

I found an awesome author Named Dr. Joan Larson. She has 2 great books. The first is called sever weeks to sobriety, and the second is called Depression free naturally.....

I will leave a link below to her web site. There is a strong connection between bio chemistry addiction and mental illness..... Many people become addicts because the drug that they use makes them feel normal..... Usually because of brain chemistry (which can be affected by toxins, parasites..etc..)

Dr. Larson also has an in and out patient clinic, with a very high sucess rate... if you could get your brother to go.....

I do think Liver Flushing would help... but the passage ways would have to be clear first..(like the colon).... mentally ill people and addicts have a lot of toxins and cleansing can be really uncomfortable....

I would recommend that he start with something like Dr. Shulzes Intestinal cleanse... then add in exercise, a healthy diet, and kidney herbs..... Follow with a paraite cleanse(which is soooo important with mentally ill people).. and then add in Liver flushes....

If you get one of Dr. larsons books it will be able to shed some light on possible chemical imbalances that he may have..and how to correct them very quickly...

For now.... taking an omege 3 and 6 oil (2tbsp. a day) will help....
