Hi. EFT (emotional freedom techniques) is something that is widely used by therapists to release 'stored' emotions in the body. You can either go see someone who does it or buy a book on it (do a search on the net if you need more info - people might have variations on techniques so abbreviations may be slighly different) It has very good feedback from people who have memories or experiences (even subconcsious ones) that are holding them back in their lives.
Also have you read up on forgiveness and liver problems? that's a biggy....but I wont bore you with it (:o)
