Re: Reason to be Cheerful
Dear Garcia,
Wow, what a nice thing to say! That was very heartening. Maybe we are only as old as our stones :)
So, I just hopped up from my desk and did 100 jumps around the office in your honor.
About your other posts: I did a 101st jump up from the desk to to the food shelf to see where my olive oil comes from, hoping that the olives were raised in, say, Piccadilly. It's Spectrum Naturals (Petaluma, California), but it just says "imported." :(
But about a fat free breakfast before a liver flush, hm... One side dish could be wilted bitter greens, like dandelion or mustard (I toss mine into an
inch or two of boiling water, for only a couple of minutes), mixed with a bit of grated cabbage and/or carrots. The dressing could be a dash of lemon juice blended with a clove of garlic and some ginger. This makes my liver happy.
We look forward to your further adventures!
Blessings,
Autumn
