This is the first time I have ever taken a third dose of Epsom Salts after flushing. Usually I do an enema at the end of a flush. I can't even tell you why I did it this time, I just knew another dose was needed. These have been the most unusual flush results I've ever had.

I have eaten a little today. I had a baked sweet potato,lightly salted but no butter and some yogurt for supper. I juice fasted yesterday and I was hungry.

I hope those pains prove to be stones.You will feel so much better when they come out. I feel like a new person tonight. (except my poor raw rear)
