If there was one stone, then your flush had worked.
If you are still constipated, definitely do some enemas, or better, book a colonic. You may well have passed more stones, and sludge, but they may have gotten stuck because of some obstruction in the bowel. This happened after my fifth flush, absolutely no diarhea, in the contrary, I was constipated, even enemas did not bring much, but the colonic did.
How long ago since you did a bowel cleanse?
