Re: Sm. Light green stone only epsom salt mixing w/OO?...
I asked my doctor this question since it comes up from time to time, and he said absolutely not. He reminded me that the first flush I did had no
Epsom Salts at all. (His flush is a week long apple and apple juice fast with olive oil drinks morning and night) I got out a lot of stones.
He says the whole rason the flush works is that the presence of a large amount of fat (oil) in the stomach triggers the liver to release a large amount of bile to digest it. The gallbladder is just a storage sac for bile. The bile gushes out and pushes out stones too, also chaff and anything else in the ducts. The oil is digested. Remember that two hours should have elasped between the second dose of
Epsom Salts and the oil/juice mixture. For most people, the salts are already flushed though the body before the oil is ever taken. Look at the
Image Gallery of removed gallbladders, see the stones? Look familiar? Chances or very slim that any of the surgery victims had
Epsom Salts and olive oil in them at the time of the operation.
The Epsom salts have the duel effect of laxative action to clear the bowel for stone and toxin removal, and to help relax the biliary ducts. The olive oil is simply a triggering agent to force the release of bile and the stones that are in the ducts and gallbladder. The oil does not go into the liver to lubricate it and ease out stones, the liver releases the bile and stones into the stomach. The oil is digested to where it can be absorbed and assimilated into the body. Some oil may go through the system undigested, especially when large doses are taken, but it goes through the digestive system and out of the body. The old, dark bile that is flushed out is bile that has been backed up behind the stones and chaffe.
The biliary system is like a tree with trunks, large branches, smaller branches and twigs. A totally clogged liver is very unlikely, some bile is being released. A congested liver where not enough bile being released is what most of us are trying to correct. When a congested liver pushes stones into its storage sack, then the painful gallbladder attacks occur as the pressure of bile flowing from the liver meets the resistance of the stones. Most people have these attacks after eating a high fat meal and the pressure of the bile is greatest.
A
Liver Flush is a controlled way of pushing out the stones and other debris. Using apple juice to soften the stones, Epsom salts to clear the bowel and relax the biliary ducts, olive oil to trigger the release of bile, and acid juice to stimulate the digestive process are simple elements that can result in improved health on many levels.
Until someone can produce an emerald green stone from Epsom salt, olive oil, and grapefruit juice with the distinctive odor out side the body, no one will ever convince me that what we get out are not real gallstones.
