Thanks so much for the information - I really appreciate it.
I ordered #1 yesterday, along with the Digestive formula (it sounds like a good thing to have on hand).
Once I get everything working "normally" I want to try using his formulae #1 & #2. It sounds simple enough, and his products are more affordable and seem more reliable than many other products on the market.

Have you tried his Superfood formula? It sounds interesting. I'd like to try it - I could really use some more energy. Waking up tired every day isn't fun.
