Can laparoscopy wait?

Greetings. I am an American currently living in India for the next two months. I was diagnosed with PCOS a few months ago and now I am pretty sure I also have endometriosis. Thus, I am interested in doing a laparoscopy to find out if I have endometriosis of the pelvic and intenstinal areas, adhesions, and cysts. I’ve found a fertility clinic here in India that performs this surgery. So should I wait to come back to the USA to perform this or should I get it done immediately? I’m assuming that I should get the surgery done with the intent that if anything is found, it should be immediately cleared. Is that right? Or should I do a diagnostic laparoscopy and then go for a second if anything should arise? Tweet
