Need Help! is there a cure for the pain!

I am 30, been in agony with stomach pains, bloating, sickness, lethargy, Depression and constipation where I only go to the toilet once every three weeks. I have spent the past 15 years being told I have IBS although I had to have an ovary moved 5 years ago due to cysts.

I have trouble functioning in normal life now and my new GP after 3 months treatment of Giardia, now thinks it may be endo as I have heavy periods, only go to the toilet when I ovulate and menstrate and cannot get out of bed during the menstrual days due to heavy clotting.

My GP has now recommded going on the pill. The last few times I have taken it, I get more depressed and quite violent, I even had to take time off work as I couldn't cope. Once I stop taking the pill the Depression lightens.

I really feel like I am in a black hole. is there any other alternatives other than the pill, and does it really help the symptoms? Can any surgery be done to help?
