questions about natural progerterone

Hi I am wondering if there is anyone out there who as had problems when trying to use natural progesterone cream. I have not been tested for hormone deficiency, however since having my son 2 years ago I have suffered from many of what I believe are the symptoms of estrogens dominance. Weight gain, which I am unable to lose, endometriosis, and ovarian problems dry skin fatigue. The thing is when I took the progesterone cream it made my symptoms much worse. Painful breasts pmt more weight gain stupidly I persevered with the cream as I though after a while it would get better, it didn’t and I came off it after 2 months. The company told me that I had had this effect because I was not avoiding estrogens and that this is what happens. They said to come off it for a couple of months take a product called dim which help with the metabolism of estrogens and then to try again. The thing is that I am scared to do this because I cannot see where the estrogens was coming from I had avoid chemical for a number of months. Eco washing powder, washing up liquid soap must things on the list except for the odd bit of chocolate or cup of tea. Anyway I am wondering if anyone know what I can do or if anyone as had a similar experience and then been able to take the progesterone cream at some point in the future…thanks Moonie Tweet
