Thank you so much for your reply. Your work truly means the world to me, I am so thankful. Today I have managed to get used to my new lifestyle with nutritional changes I can live with, daily excersise and weekly yoga, herbs, physical therapy, meditation, support group meetings etc. Now I think, the only last hurdle for me is getting my stress levels under control. I go to therapy but it seems to take a really long time to change the internal dialogue and thoughts. I am impatient as always but I'll just do my best and keep working toward my goal. After all, as you say: "Healing yourself is simply a matter of being commited".
