Help me help her

I have a good friend who suffers from Endo, she has had numerous laps done and had an ovary removed. She does not want a hysterectomy, she is only 28 and would like to have kids some day. She just recently had another surgery done and they removed 85% of the endo, but now, not 3 weeks later, she is having pain again. Her world is so small, she is in constant pain and ends up taking narcotics to take the edge off, but she doesnt want to live on pain meds forever. She is the strongest person I have ever met, she deals with this daily, for about the last 5 years, but she is getting beat down and I want to know what I can do to help her, I feel just as powerless as she does over this, please help, she deserves to be painfree and to her live her life the way she wants, not the way the endo is dictating.
