a few question to you
hi! I've just found the forum in these days. My son is still less than 2 years old but I'm already thinking.
I don't like normal schools, I sympathize with Steiner school, even if I don't agree with many things of anthroposophy. The little I know about the program of Steiner school is inspiring.
So I have two questions for you:
1. have any of you ever been experimenting on giving to your kids a preparation not too adherent to the classic story-geography-english-mathematics stuff? (as they do in Steiner schools)
2. do you have time left for yourself? I mean , isn't it heavy for you personally?
and there's a third:
3. any of you doing non-schooling?
My thinking is that if I do homeschooling (which I'm not sure of being able, for my desire of time for myself) then I would also desire not to follow the usual program of schools and favour activities and studies that I find more likely to give my son the chance to explore his talents
thanks a lot
