Dyslexia & ADD

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum although I have visited other CZ forums.

I have a wonderful, bright 3rd grader who is being left behind in public school because of his learning differences. His go-get-em attitude is quickly diminishing along with his self-esteem and sef-confidence. I will be meeting with a local support group on Thursday to find out how to start homeschooling but I wanted to know if any of you have had a similar situation.

Thank you in advance for any advise and suggestions you can give me.
