Clay foot baths question...
Hi There,
I'm mercury toxic (symptoms are now almost entirely above the neckline; physically I'm about ok).
I've been reading about clay and its apparent benefits. So I grabbed a bottle of Yerba Prima
Bentonite at a local health food store, and threw about a cup of it (along with about a gallon of distilled water) into a plastic container and soaked my feet for about twenty minutes.
I felt a general sense (somewhat subtle) of "something going on" (moderately good) over my entire body... And pooped out about an hour later and had to take a nap.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
One thing I'd particularly like to know is, how often is it advisable to take a bath like the one above?
Also, I'm open to suggestions about switching brands (I see the Yerba stuff is possibly fairly weak), types of baths (I'm afraid to stick this stuff on my head at this point), etc.
