Help for hemorrhoids

Squatting Position


Long-term use of conventional toilets causes wastes to collect and harden in the lower regions of the colon. You may not notice this fecal stagnation – until one day it manifests as appendicitis or diverticulosis or inflammatory bowel disease or cancer. Squatting helps keep the colon clean and free of disease.

When having a bowel movement, squat or crouch over the toilet, with both feet on the rim of the porcelain bowl or use a stool especially designed for simulating a squatting position. A squatting position with the head forward is ideal. In this position, the colon straightens out, and the fecal matter is easily and thoroughly expelled. You may feel there's "no problem" simply because you have not yet experienced the ease and completeness of natural elimination.When sitting on a toilet seat, the colon becomes curved at the end. This prevents some of the fecal matter from leaving, and the colon clogs up. Squatting to evacuate the colon is something everyone should do. But it's particularly important if one has hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are caused when the strain of trying to eliminate stretches the blood vessels in the colon. Veins become enlarged and engorged with blood, making the tissues sore and itchy.


With colon cleansing, when a person squats, their feces fall out so easily that the pressure is relieved and hemorrhoids begin to disappear. Occasionally, people who have had severe cases of bowel problems may not notice any big improvement in the way they feel for several months after the cleansing. It can take that long for the organs to rebuild themselves. But usually, people feel the results immediately after initiating a Colon Cleanse program and consuming a diet of mostly raw, high fiber foods that are chewed thoroughly, and combining the foods properly and eating foods at the appropriate time of day.
