Vitamin C

The acid from vitamin C can irritate the intestinal lining and cause hemorrhoids and other problems.

If you are taking a vit. C supplement, try quitting for a couple of weeks and see if this helps. You'll probably start to notice a difference in a week.

In the meantime, try wetting a wad of toilet paper with energized water and holding it in place for a moment or two. This should be done several times a day. It will reduce inflammation and speed the healing of anal fissures. Drinking some will help with intestinal inflammation and other health problems.

Energized water is free and very easy to do. Here are the instructions.
