Prolapsed (Internal) Hemorhoides

I have a bad problem with prolapsed Hemorrides. I've suffered of this malady for years now (aprox. 25 years). My doctor recommended a new procedure PPH where he will cut the excess and staple the rest to my colon. Before I allow the knife in my body I would like to try natural healing. I have been told by friends that hemmorrhoids can actually be shrunk and totally healed (naturally). They also told me about Dr. Schultz. But his web site does not even have an email that I can write to ask for suggenstion as to where can I start. Also his website has a disclaimer where they do not offer any advise. If any one knows anything on how can I get healed in a natural way of this problem I would appreciate a response very much. Any con outthere that tries to sell me cheap and worthless creams please abstain from answering my question. Thank you in advance.
