if you read about certain stretching in my website then probably not as recommendation more likely the opposite.
all pain in the lower back in my opinion is mainly due to subluxations in hip and sacrum.
stretching may in some cases help to easy some pain in the beginning but usually comes back and may even aggravate the problem on the long run.
