If you do a Google search on LEDs or lasers healing you will find tons of info. You can buy a dual 660nm/880nm LED light array for under $100 and experiment. I find the 660nmn is good for skin surface healing and eyesight enhancement. The 880nm infrared is good for deeper penetration into muscles and healing. They really do work. Lasers are similar in the way they work but are far more expensive (typically in the thousands of dollars) and have much deeper penetration.
