There are many alternative/awesome forms of healthcare that one should turn to before drugs or surgery as they are a LAST resort.
I myself am prejudice toward chiropractic first to correct the spinal misalignment/disfunction called the vertebral subluxation complex. Once the alignment is corrected and the body is functioning properly then therapy is a good adjunct to utilize to help in stabiliinge the area involved.
