Re: Tiny bumps on sons skin - Allergies???

Salted nuts lose their nutrition value in a study I looked at. Stick with raw. Walnuts are good but not essential. I like the studies I have read about it. The almond milk will require making it yourself with raw almonds so you might want to wait on the vitamins like inositol and zinc until you have taken him off of the dairy and substituted almond milk for a couple of weeks. If you don't and something works, you will not know which supplemnet was helping or which food he was having problems with. I would also wait on the aloe vera until you have eliminated soaps and foods as the cause of the spots.

Even before all of the nuts and supplements, you need to switch out his soaps and try different soaps and shampoos to see if the spots go away. I have a feeling there is a combination of soap irritation and toxins interacting with the soaps. Try hypoallergenic hand soap for a few days-If there is no improvement-try hypoallergenic shampoo-then hypoallergenic laundry detergent... That way you will eliminate soaps as the cause of the spots... I guess you can see that it is going to be a long process to isolate the chemical sensitivities, food allergies , and gastrointestinal problems? Go slow and that way you will know what is working.
