I am starting Monday too!! I would love to be a buddy...I will give you my actual email if you want to do that?? I have a buddy but she started 4 days before me -- she has been great letting me know what to expect and when she is closing in on the finish i will be going thru hell! ha!

Let's buddy up. I intend to do it by the book and not change much because I want it to work right. I want to lose 10 or so lbs but mostly want to give my bod a vacation!
