I was doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and drinking tons of water, I mean, enough to keep me full. Probably 6 glasses a day.
Last night I had some miso soup and Fat Free Frozen Yogurt, and I don't regret it one bit. I felt so good!! I wasn't dizzy when I stood up, no blacking out, it was great!!
Looks like I am giving up on the MC, I guess it just wasn't for me... Thanks for all your help on my 4 day journey. : )
