Each person is different. I did the liver flush, so broke my Master-Cleanse with apple juice, then went straight to single fruit. But I also developed painful gas from eating too much too soon.
Definitely start with the soup, and add the broth in when you feel ready. You'll know if its too soon, so start with SMALL amounts! Same with fruit. Pick one that is usually easy for you to digest, and have a SMALL piece. Maybe just a few bites. See how you do. If you pay careful attention, your body will let you know if its ready or not.
