Hello! I did the same thing - I am definately going to try and get back on track today. The few good days I had last week - I felt so good! I ate food this weekend and now I feel so bloated! Hopefully it will go better this time around - I now have more determination to feel good - and knowing what it feels like to feel good is enough encouragement for me!
