Well, Sunday is here, and I'm starting my MC. I was having company for supper tonight, but my daughter (5) was sick to her tummy all night, so I cancelled the dinner. It will make it easier for me, but not for my poor sweetheart!
I'm going to be drinking 6 10-oz glasses each day, with 1/2 the maple syrup and cayenne capsules. This worked best for me last time, and I hope to drop 1-2 pounds/day average, as I did last time. I also hope to lose the cravings for junk!
I'll be posting my results and cleansing reactions daily, and would love to hear from others at a similar stage!
