Is this MS, CFS, or Fibromalygia ??? Lots of pain

I am getting joint pain, eye pain, red eyes, constant dry eyes, weakness, lack of energy, fatigue, fever, chills, sever headaches, cheekbones pain on both side, pain on side of eye where the eye brown is, finger pain, sinus infection all the time know and much more

I never had any of these problem, it all started about 4 months from sexual exposure.

I am 20 years old male.


Does this sound like MS ???
