I've heard this can be related to worries/insecurity and esp insecurity with regard to other people. Teeth are an important part of our appearance so losing them may symbolise loss of a sense of power/control, or self-esteem.
Think about what's happening in your life when you have this dream.
Apart from that, look after your teeth ;-)
