I can't write an extensive post right now but your dream sounds beautiful. There are many cultures that consider 'Dream Time' as another world/s. We may do spiritual work there, it is another dimension. It is also a place to meet departed family members. It is a place to receive Divine guidance. It is a place of other-worldly interaction.

It is very possible...... actually, if you think it's true, then it's true. I don't have much doubt it was absolutely real. The only question for detail, if you care to pursue, is whether it was really your teacher or your projection of her to make the dream comfortable and more real to you. Either way, you were being lifted, in my opinion, with the help of another. You may call it your soul sister, teacher, angel, God, etc...

It would be great to carry that magnificent feeling with you through your day. Just remember the dream......how powerful!
