Hi again!

Yes, you're right...I'm not taking on any 'negative' energy...I'm such an optimist that I believe that the only way a person could reeally take on 'negative' energy is if it is filtered through the negative lens of their own experience and/or judgement, you know? To me...all the energy that I take in (in order to know) is neutral or positive...I don't choose to see energy as 'negative'. (I'm talking specifically in this context...we're not talking about murderers or politics etc...)

Anyway...yeah, I can understand the psychic lady getting drained...I posted, below, to Janaki an exercise that my cousin gave me to 'clear and separate' my energies from others'...it's pretty cool!

On the whole I feel like my energy and constitution is pretty strong - I can handle a lot....and for the most part I feel there is a circular energy giving/receiving that is going on with everyone I know...and that when I 'give' energy, I'm immediately replenished by the Source.

It's funny....for me it's not alone time that replenshes me - I've always said that it is my closest girlfriends that re-charge my batteries...when we get together and talk and talk and talk in a circular exchanging/supporting way...I just feel totally replenished, rejuvenated and read to go!

I agree with you...one DOES have to take time for themselves (however that may look) in order to be 100% there if they are working with others in any healing capacity....balance balance balance!

Interesting question, Gehna! (about asking Pluto's healing energies to work with you....)

Let's see...with Pluto, the energy is there ready for you to use. If you are aware that there are powerful healing energies around you, that is the best, because you know, consciously, that you're receiving support (like, I'm seeing in my minds eye a help up to the next stair/level) and that when you climb a stair this way...you won't slide back...you'll take a rest on that level and then make a push (receiving support and a lift up) to the next level...on and on and up and up until you are healthy.

I feel that Pluto's healing energy will work sooooo well with your Red Serpent-ness (they are very similar energies)...listen to your body, take care of your body...and definitely, you can affirm that your body, mind and spirit will respond most positively to Pluto's healing and regenerative powers...
