can't remember them! need advice bad!

k, this is my problem, my body is very very sensitive to the things that I do to it, for example, when I smoked a half a pack to a pack a day I never remembered my dreams unless I slept at least 10-12 hours.. I know that I am having dreams because they seem to last an hour or more to me, but I know that the reason I can't remember them is because I don't have the ability to eat healthy (money problems-gotta love ramen noodles:)). my daily schedule is this:

7am wakeup, get some breakfast
7:30am rollerblade 2 miles to work
1pm eat ramen noodles and cheap burritoes for lunch. (1-2 cups of coffee somewhere before this time of day)
5pm rollerblade back home.
6-7pm somewhere in between I find something to eat, equally as unhealthy as ramen usually..
10-12pm go to bed.

now as much as I would love to (and I swear if I had the money I'd almost be a vegetarian-all because I know how sensitive my body is to being healthy) there is nothing I can do at this point about what I eat.

I want to be able to remember my dreams.. really bad.. I have a book by my bed so I can write anything down that seems important, and I have quite a few in there from the last few years. but I can't remember anything other than that I have had them..

now that you know the position that I am in, what advice can anybody give me to remember my dreams??? Thank you all for any advice you can give me.
