crying in dream

I dreamt i was in a dollar store with my mom and the only thing in there was a rack of cards.
We couldn't find the one we wanted.

The next thing i knew these two guys that worked there left the building and the one guy started crying and saying he couldn't take it anymore.

It was Ryan Stiles from the Drew Carey show.

The place was owned by Asians.

Does this have something to do with me releasing my pent up emotions b/c of my illness?
