You're breastfeeding baby may have a kind of contact dermtitis from your topical or systemic yeast and/or fungus. You need some Yogurt internally and Grapeseed Oil topically to whack back the booger bugs.
Consider taking, on advice of physician, Caprylic Acid, and ask if you can also apply this nutrient and antifungal to your kid topically. Real Eczema comes from Leaky Gut. Your kid needs some friendly gut bugs, hopefully from some home-made Yogurt you cobble up in goat's milk.
Just take a thermos, pour hot hot water in it, let stand then remove. Then put a cup or two of goat's milk in with a tablespoon per cup of a high-quality yogurt. Let stand overnight with the top in place but unscrewed. Then refrigerate. Enjoy with your baby.
