Rain and chimneys

I was inside the house looking out at the garden and it was raining a very steady rain, but there were puddles in the garden and some of the rain was just not soaking into the earth.
The plants were growing and the rain just just felt comforting in this dream.

As for the chimney, it was an old brick chimney and on top was a screen that was meant to be a filter. It was catching dust, but the screen was sitting up right and not flat down across the chimney.
It was about 3 ft. across and about 3 ft. high.

It obviously was cleaning something out.
