Flax Seed Oil blocks the uptake of Iodine to the Thyroid, and shouldn't be used by anyone with Hypothyroidism. Swap out Evening Primrose Oil or (fresh and refrigerated) Borage Seed Oil. Borage Seed Oil is very delicate and goes back quickly. Thanks.
