Dream with exorcism

The other night, in the middle of a dream, I ended up performing an exorcism on a young boy. Up to that point the dream had been run of the mill, nothing scary. Then I felt myself being pulled across the floor and a young boy was there. He showed no signs of being possessed or anything but I just knew something was wrong. I held up my hands toward him and began saying things like "I cast you out in the name of God" etc...Every time I thought the demon was gone, he would say something or look a certain way and I would know it was not. Finally after a few tries, rays of light began to flash all around him. I stopped and thought it was over but soon I knew it was not. So I did some more "casting". Finally a huge ray of light burst out of him and then I knew he was safe. At no time did I feel any danger to myself and no one other than me knew he was being possessed. It was a really weird interlude in an otherwise unremarkable dream. This is something that I don't even believe in which makes this all the more odd...this is not the first time that my hands have had power in them. Lots of times I can use them in dreams to move things or make things appear.

My dreams have been interesting of late, but I have been lax in journaling them so they slip my memory quickly leaving only a sense of them behind.

Wish I had time enough to read all the recent posts, but it is bedtime and I am tired.
