I wonder how fresh it is. That seller selling the gallons on Ebay sells it fresh apparently dated. I haven't bid yet but I emailed the seller and he seemed really helpful. He seemed very adamate that freshness is important and proud that they sell it so fresh. I think I might bid, since you can freeze it. Maybe I'll put a half gallon in my deep freeze, a quart in my regular freezer and the rest in the fridge.

Do any of you know a good source of dried stinging nettle? I can't find any for even close to a reasonable price. It's a weed!
