Re: I'm stunned!!!
Hi Giz,
Good luck on your latest flush. I look forward to hearing how it goes. I think I didn't allow enough juice for the all the extra oo. My next flush I am thinking about 12 oz's of oo.
My ozonator is loud. I agree the WZO4, the Sota one, is the way to go. I'll probably get that eventually. My concern was being really turned off by the taste of ozone, fearing it might be very much like h202. For some reason my body isn't so into the h202, or my mind. On day 21--14 days of which was on the maximum dosage--I actually spit up some of the h202. I just couldn't get it down. The next day I moved onto the ozonated water, taking it from 4-6 times a day. I like it a lot. (And since this was only a $100 risk, it seemed worth it--an ebay item. In time I think I'll get the Sota and pass this on to a friend). Now I find myself really wanting the ozonated water. It works best in really cold distilled or spring water--that holds the ozone more. This machine is so loud. I've been taking it into my office, setting it up in the back room where the fridge and toaster are, and it makes so much noise I think someone will notice. still, I only run it a few minutes at a time. I've also been taking quite a few ozonated baths. They are quite nice and also a great way for getting rid of chlorine. I've been thinking lately of swimming too. It's cold here in Virginia. I'm not into the chlorine aspect but getting the heart rate going is vital. And now I'm thinking I can have a glass or two of ozonated water afterwards to counteract the chlorine.
thanks for the feedback about pulsing continuously. I felt I had so much going on with the h202, the MC, CS and everything, that putting it aside felt helpful. But I am looking forward to picking it back up. I need to get more of the cotton things that cover the electrodes. I'd love to hear your h202 aloe jel recipe.
