well if you cant afford the tincture.... then you could go to an herb store and get loose passionflower.. it is pretty cheap..... maybe a couple dollars for enough for a week....

If your in a place that is too small for that, e-mail me and I will send some too you(for free of course)...... it might be a little late....but good to have on hand!
