I like to mix up the Epsom Salts with grapefruit too....but tonight I thought it may be good to also add some peppermint chlorophyll water.... yuck... dont try that one!

This whole flush has been a little wacky for me so far.... but.... I am feeling like I am going to get good results.. I have also had a castor oil pack over my liver on and off all night......
