Hi All,
Today is my 13th day on the intense version of the high purine way of eating. I'm basically eating organ meats, some red and high purine veggies only: cauliflower, asparagus, Celery and mushrooms (spinach is not in season here)
I'm "missing" the spicey/tasty foods but this sure is working! I have no cravings, feel really good, sleep deeper etc. So they are right...this really works for me.
Having said that: I use a lot of vinegar in my food prep! And I find it in almost all the "wild" game recipes too. Vinegar and lemon or lime juice get used a great deal.
So... is there any known alternative?
