Metabolic Type Slow 1 Diet

My doctor did a hair analysis to test for heave metals. After my visit, I noticed my report said that I am a Metabolic Type Slow 1. I left before I could ask him what this meant and what foods are optimal for me for weight loss in particular. Does anyone know? or where I can find this info? I have a feeling my doc won't know since he was just looking for heavy metal toxicity. thanks!
