I am newish to Metabolic Typing. Been doing this for about two months. The first day I thrived on high purines and now I eat liver for breakfast because it is real fuel for me. Some mornings I eat Sardines or stuffed eggs w/anchovies on top.
I'm really looking for breakfast ideas big time!
I have read Wolcott and Robert McFerran's online book,and am hoping to find other HG's, especially A+'s to share ideas and experiences on how to implement this way of eating as a real lifestyle change. I'm concerned about the lack of variety as a realistic long term way of eating.
