how do I find out if I have a message?

My grandmother passed away 5 days before my son was born in June of '03. We were extremely close..she was like a best friend to me..and sometimes I can smell her perfume at the oddest times...like last week at the grocery store!! How do I know if she is trying to tell me something?---also lost my father 9 years ago yesterday to a long illness, but I don't ever sence his presence....is there anyway to know about him also? Tweet
