My father-in-law probably did try to communicate with my husband when he was living, my husband was quite the rebelous type (gathering from his stories-I didn't know him then). I think when his dad came for his 'dream visit' it ended up being similar to the way it was in life--conflict, conflict, conflict. Never really thought about asking him to come back for another visit, but I'll think about it.

By the way, I did finally tell my husband what I had done and I think he believes in dream visits.

My father passed away in 1991 and I took it so very very hard. Then in 2000 my mom became ill and about a month later she was gone. I was closer to my mom but I reacted very differently, somehow I wouldn't let myself grieve (not a good thing) as it took me about a year & a half before I could really function again. It was about that time (yr & 1/2 after her passing), that I 'accidently' discovered the Crossing Over with John Edward. I say that because I am totally convinced nothing happens by accident. It was the right time for me to see that show. It was on that show that I heard about dream visits.

I have had two 'visits', one of them I had asked you about. I also have 'smells' from time to time and since the John Edward show, I know what it is. I always acknowledge it too. Recently, I had entered the guest bedroom and smelled a perfume smell that was not familiar to me. I know someone was there (I'm assuming female), just don't know who. I did ask, but no answer :) I have not smelled it since.
