number one: live from the end just immediately "be" the quality you desire. Being is the first cause and preceeds even thought. AS long as you do not negate your state by thought the universe will agree.

number 7: a big one.. detachment from specific vehicle of manisfestation let the desires rise and swirl about the universe as they coalesce into the appropiate vehicle. Wile this is occurring expect the dessire and be open to receive.

number 9: folow your heart yes, we cannot occupy the space of fear and the space of openess of heart at the same time. We must serve one master.
